The Model
The best way to describe this model is:
Small, handcrafted, truly a beautiful work of craftsmanship and art. These perfectly built gorgeous scale models are a site to behold.
Each Fokker D VII is handbuilt and finished using traditional materials. The structure is made from balsa ands then covered with silkspan tissue and then is finished out with scale markings, cowlings (handmade and carved, then painted), and all the little details, even the wing flying wires are carefully installed!
The Model comes with a set of super sub-micro linear actuators for the rudder and elevator controls, a sub-micro speed control, and a 2 gm receiver.
These are installed into the aircraft and all controls are hooked up. A single cell 145 mah Li-Poly battery pack is also supplied and is wired and ready to go. The all-up flying weight of the model is a total of 30 gms (approx 1 ounce!).
The motor system is a geardrive micro motor and power goes to a handmolded carbon fiber prop. Everything is top-of-the-line first class on the Fokker D VII.
Controls are just right for this type of model and power is excellent. It will easily rise off a smooth surface and all controls are proportional. The best place to fly it is indoors and a small gym is adequate. You can expect run times in the 14-18 minute area. The flights are scale-like, the model is just plain wonderful to fly and it is a crowd pleaser.
Each painstakingly handcrafted model is completely Ready to Fly and comes with all specially designed super micro radio equipment installed. Each model comes on a particular frequency, so we also supply a radio transmitter crystal on matching frequency.
A charge jack is supplied with the model so you can hook this up to your Li-Poly charger.
We carefully pack and double box the model so it will reach you in perfect condition.
When you're not flying the Fokker D VII, it makes a hadsome display in your living room or den cabinet.

The RC aircraft model of Fokker D VII - Peanut size - is of a balsa structure and is designed for indoor flying and in the case of good weather also for outdoor flying, with minimum demands on the flight area.
The model is equipped with a dedicated special micro-RC system of Micro Invent making it possible to construct such a small and lightweight models on an outsourcing basis.
The flight properties of the model are remarkable, the model is capable of slow flying in an economic mode up to fast dynamic flying with aerobatic elements depending on the pilot's experience.
