How to Order?

Very simple. On every plan page there is a tab called "Order Prints" click it and then select the shipping, media options and click the big blue button "Calculate plan Price and Order".
The calculator will process the plan file and return detailed plan information, a price and a Paypal "Add to Cart" button.

Shipping

We ship from Portugal, EU in the next business day after payment. To Europe the waiting time is about 5 business days, to EUA, 7 to 10 business days, to Oceania about 10 to 12 business days
Please don't forget that for countries outside the EU the orders can be held for customs inspection, this will delay the delivery by at least a week.

We use the reliable Portuguese mail system CTT.
CTT has delivery agreements with different entities on each country so if you´re from the US you may have your order delivered by USPS, in the UK may be Royal Mail and so on.

Tracking

When you select the "Tracking" option we will register the order and send you the tracking number right after shipping so you can trace the order and be ready to receive it when it arrives.

Payments

Orders can be paid with Paypal or Credit Card via Paypal and are shipped to the address on your Paypal account or to the address you set at checkout.

You do not need a PayPal account to use our PayPal shopping cart.

Instructions for paying by credit card via PayPal, without a PayPal account:

Review your order and click on the Proceed to checkout button button.

When you are asked to log into PayPal, you can instead choose to enter your credit card number directly by clicking on "continue" on the left-hand side of the page.

On the next screen you'll enter your billing address as well as your credit card information. Continue through the next screens and submit your order.

A secure payment gateway hosted and managed by PayPal ensures that your credit card information is safely transmitted.

Order Contents

You will receive a well packed set of plans, according to the choosen options.

• Laser Printed plan on bond quality paper or/and Tracing Paper and/or Polyester sheet, depending on what you have purchased.
  
• Rolled sheets, up to 5 or 6 in the same cardboard tube.
  
• Envelope, up to 3 or 4 sheets per padded envelope.
  
• Articles and Instructions if we have for the given plan and if you order them.
  
• Air Mail, economic and reliable.

Prints

We use professional quality laser OCÉ/Canon printers/copiers, these printers use toner, not ink so the printings will be durable and water proof.

About the different media types:

Plain Paper: Bond Paper, white, 80 grams per square meter.
Tracing paper: Bond Tracing paper, 90 grams per square meter.
Polyester: High quality polyester sheet incredibly durable, will resist cuts and glue and can be washed (I use it as sail material on my RC sailboats).

Placing the Order

When you are fine with all the order details just click the "Add to Cart" button and a new tab will open on your browser with a Paypal Shopping Cart then you will be able to proceed to Checkout with a Paypal account or with your Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and other Credit Card.

Returns

Every plan is printed on demand so we don´t stock and we can´t sell a returned plan to anyone but the person who ordered the print. For this reason we don´t accept returns. To avoid ordering a bad plan first download it and open it on Adobe PDF Viewer at 100% scale, in doubt please ask us for an opinion and don´t forget to mention the plan URL or ID.
